Headed by Tony, Athnasious, a qualified counsellor and family therapist, Civil Service Team provide exceptional personal care and disability support services for NDIS participants seeking greater independence, autonomy, and social connection.
CST is a small family-owned company, so you can expect consistent, reliable service from genuine people who really care about you.
We know from experience that when the basics are taken care of, when you feel acknowledged and seen, you have more energy to do the things you enjoy and build a better quality of life.

CST provides the support you need to be more self-sufficient and independent. Whether it’s help with household chores, getting a ride to therapy, dignified personal care, or just having a caring companion to talk with and share personal milestones.
Where we are
Civil Service Team (CST) is based in Hassall Grove, right in the heart of the LGU City of Blacktown. Our service area extends all over western Sydney, from Parramatta to Penrith.

Living with a disability can be frustrating and stressful for you, and your family. I founded Civil Service Team in 2021 and recently became an accredited NDIS provider so we could be of real service to the people in our community
I’ve always had a strong desire to help others and for the last 5 years have dedicated my life to becoming a qualified Family Therapist and Mental Health Counsellor — at the same time, to being a supportive husband and father.
Now, as a practicing therapist, I’m eager to deliver disability support and personal care services that include the whole family. My vision for CST is to become the most effective and reliable provider for Disability Support, Personal Care, and Family Therapies in the LGU City of Blacktown.
